HOW DO I BUY?
It’s easy! Here are a Few Suggestions.
If you want to buy an item, simply e-Mail or Call the Seller. Clarify
all details that you need to know. If the item is
"NEGOTIABLE" and you both have finished bargaining, always confirm the final price with the Seller. Sellers will not be offended if you
show sincere interest for the item that you want to buy. Buyers pay Sellers
directly for the item. It is the responsibility of the Buyers and
Sellers to contact each other.
Make sure you understand the payment terms, that is, whether you
can pay by Personal Check, Money Order, Credit Card, etc. While it is
up to the Seller to select their own Payment Options, it is the Buyers
responsibility to make sure that the terms are understood.
Make sure you clearly understand who pays for Shipping.
If a description of an item is unclear to you, be sure to clarify
it with the Seller. Consider talking with the Seller. It is the quickest way to reach
the Seller and answer any questions.
Be sure to take notes of all information provided to you by the
Seller, particularly, Item Number, Item Description, e-Mail Address, Telephone Number. And, be sure to let them know how
they can reach you.
If you’re not sure what an item is worth, do a little research
before you decide to make the purchase.
Make sure the item you are purchasing can be lawfully purchased in

Pay the Seller promptly. Most often, the Seller will send you the item usually
upon receipt of payment or once your check has cleared. This depends
on the specific terms you have both agreed upon.
Consider paying by Credit Card. Many credit card companies offer
insurance.

and local consumer agencies or at http://BBBonline.org
If you feel unsure about a transaction, ask the Seller to use
escrow for payment.
