PROHIBITED ITEMS
As a user of e-CONSIGNMENTS services, you are responsible for making
sure that buying or selling your items is legal in the eyes of the law.
Even if you offer to give away an item for “free” (rather than
sell) a prohibited or questionable item, this will not relieve you of
potential liability. This applies to both seller and buyer.
If you think you have seen an item on e-CONSIGNMENTS that is
questionable, please contact Questionable
Items.
We will check the suspected item and when appropriate will warn sellers
or end the sale.
Review e-CONSIGNMENTS User
Agreement to assist you with some guidelines to properly list items and understand
what is permitted on e-CONSIGNMENTS. If you are unsure about listing
your particular item, contact law enforcement agencies, an attorney or
other avenues for your clarification. Remember, you are solely responsible for
your Listing and potential liability.
